For a remodel, a member of our project team walks the space with you and asks what is not working about it, which is a more useful question than what you want built. For a new build, we walk the lot and go through your plans. For a commercial project, we review the lease and landlord requirements and how the business needs to keep running.
We measure what matters, look at what we can see of the structure and services, and tell you where the uncertainty is. Then you get the written scope and estimate. Nothing is charged for and nothing obliges you to proceed.
