What We Do

A Full General Contractor, From Ground-Up to Finish Work

We’re a licensed general contractor, so one company is responsible for the whole project: plan review, permits, scheduling, every trade on site and the finish at the end. Whether it’s a new home, an addition, a kitchen or a commercial tenant improvement, you deal with one point of contact and one accountable team.

Everything here runs the same way: a free consultation at the property, a written scope with the materials and allowances itemised, a dedicated project manager for the duration, and a snag list written with you at the end.

Residential

Residential Construction

From a single room to a brand-new home.

Residential

New Builds

Custom homes built from the ground up, with our project team managing every trade from foundation to final walk-through.

Residential

Remodeling

Kitchens, bathrooms, interiors and garage conversions, planned as one project so the layout, finishes and the work behind the walls all line up.

Residential

Additions

ADUs, JADUs and full-space additions that join the old house to the new, so the roofline, floors and finishes read as one home. More space, more possibility.

Residential

Complete Backyard Renovations

Patios and decks, outdoor kitchens, landscaping and irrigation, retaining walls, fences and gates. One team for the whole backyard.

Residential & Commercial

Custom Work

Built-ins, millwork, specialty finishes and one-of-a-kind features, built around your vision rather than bought off the shelf.

Commercial

Commercial Construction

We run commercial projects as the general contractor: permits, inspections, landlord coordination and every trade.

Commercial

Commercial Tenant Improvements

Offices, lobbies and retail space built out to the lease, the landlord’s requirements, and a business that has to keep running

Commercial

Commercial Construction

Ground-up builds, shell work and major remodels for commercial property, managed by our general contracting team from permit to final inspection.

Our Approach

The Estimate Is Where Most of the Risk Is Removed

A one-page quote with a single number on it is not an estimate, it is a hope. It gives you nothing to compare against another bid, and it gives the contractor room to discover extras later.

Our written scope lists what is included, what is specifically excluded, and what sits under an allowance with the allowance figure stated. If you are choosing between us and another company, ask them for the same thing — the comparison becomes straightforward the moment both are itemised.

What that means on your job

Site work, demolition and disposal, stated by area

Materials by name and grade, not ‘builder’s standard’

Allowances with figures, for anything not yet chosen

Which licensed trades are doing which part

Schedule, with any material lead times flagged

Exclusions, written down rather than assumed

How We Work

Four Stages, and You Know Where You Are in All of Them

Most construction horror stories are communication failures rather than building failures. This is the sequence we run, and it is the same on a single bathroom as on a new build or a commercial space.

01

Consultation

We walk the property or site with you, listen to what you actually want from it, and tell you honestly what is straightforward and what is not. No charge and no obligation.

02

Design & Estimate

You get a written scope with materials, finishes and allowances itemised, so you can see what you are paying for and compare it fairly against any other bid.

03

Build

A dedicated project manager leads the whole job, supported by our site crew. Dust protection goes up before demolition starts, the site is cleared at the end of each day, and you get a weekly update on where we are.

04

Walk-Through

We go through the finished work with you and write the punch list together. Nothing is called complete because we say it is complete.

Not Sure Which One You Need?

Start With the Project, Not the Service

Describe the project (a room that isn’t working, a lot you want to build on, or a space your business needs) and we’ll tell you what it would actually take, including if that’s less work than you expected.

Questions

About the Work

Do you take on small jobs?

Yes, within reason. A single bathroom or a run of built-ins is a normal job for us. Where we are not the right call is a half-day handyman visit — you would be paying for project management you do not need, and we will say so rather than take the booking.

Yes, and we are happy to. We will also flag anything in a drawing set that we think will be expensive or awkward to build before you commit to it, which is cheaper to hear at estimate stage than on site. That includes plans for new homes and commercial build-outs.

Licensed trades. Our project team coordinates them, and they remain accountable for their own work and their own sign-offs, which is what you want — a general contractor doing their own electrical is a warning sign, not a saving.

Often, and where an exact match is not possible we will tell you before the order goes in rather than letting you notice afterwards. On older houses an honest near-match with a deliberate transition detail usually looks better than a bad attempt at an exact one.

Yes, we’re a full general contractor for both. The finish standard on our commercial lobby projectis the same one we apply to a kitchen or a new home.
